Welcome to another new, good year for the Urban Environment League. The UEL summer ended after a very productive series of County Commission Candidate Forums. UEL committees have finalized a fan- tastic Dinner Series at the Miami River Inn, and a set of Smart Growth Bus Tours, the first on November 17 to Delray Beach, and a second on March 23 to ABACOA in Palm Beach County.
