Meeting Notice
Executive Committee / Workshop Meeting

Tuesday, August 12^th, 6:00 pm

All members of the Board of Directors are invited to attend.

We would like to use our scheduled meeting dates of July 8^th and August 12^th as opportunity for discussion and planning.  These will be Executive Committee / Workshop Meetings.  All members of the board are invited to attend and participate and pitch in on our evolving activities for the year ahead.  In the fall we will plan a full Board Meeting and Retreat to review and finalize the programs.

Of course these are suggested topic areas that are certain to be modified to reflect the participation of those involved in the discussions.  We’re looking to identify sparkplugs for the UEL, people interested in working with others in the organization to achieve progress in our mission and in pursuit of our vision for the community.  We also understand if you will not be able to be with us at these meetings, either because you’ll be away or have other commitments.  We’ll be able to all come together in the fall at the Board Meeting and Retreat to review and finalize the summertime planning discussions.

We want to welcome our newly elected Directors and share with them our culture of openness at Executive Committee meetings and also of our style in working through e-mails discussion and action to address important issues from time to time.
