Florida Rights Restoration Coalition Day of Action04/01/2008 - 08:00 Etc/GMT location: Tallahassee, Florida with transportation from South Florida Demand that the Board of Executive Clemency make restoration of civil rights truly automatic and paperwork-free! Support legislation to amend the constitution and restore civil rights to people who have completed their sentences! Support legislation to remove employment barriers imposed on people with past criminal convictions! Help promote civil rights and democracy in Florida. Join the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition in a Day of Action in Tallahassee on April 1 to make your voice heard. The day will include a march to the legislature, a rally, and visits with legislators. Help us promote civil rights and expand democracy in Florida! FRRC busses will travel to Tallahassee from South Florida locations (Miami, Broward and Palm Beach County) on March 31 and return on April 1. Busses from all other locations will depart and return on April 1.
